A few years ago, I gifted my partner a 3D printed model of his brain cerebral cortex (cerebellum not included unfortunately) using the freesurfer package. If you have an MRI scan of your brain, you can do this yourself by following the steps detailed in this helpful blog post (and you'll have to find a company that will 3D print the final product)

A friend scanned my brain for her research study a few years back and as a gift, she gave me pictures of my brain after she'd run them through an AI art generator, and the result was an aesthetically pleasing psychedelic portrait.
